Currently we have a little Page which shows some Statistics and a World-Wide-Spamtopic list. Please use the Link on the left Side ("Statistics").

First you should check your Setup. As SpamPain Default Spam Level we recommend Level 5 or 6 under normal Conditions. A higher Level allows the Acceptance of Messages which could be Spam. If you set the Level to a smaller Value, more Messages are blocked. Level 1 and 2 should be used only in Enviroments where you work with Whitelists in SpamPain to ensure no good Messages get blocked.
Second, if you still get Messages in your Mailserver, even with SpamPain Enabled, you should check the general Setup of your Mailserver Configuration. If you have running a Backup-Mailserver anywhere in a Datacenter or at your Provider (as "Backup-MX" or "Secondary-MX") please make sure that this Server is SpamPain Enabled too. Otherwise SpamPain works great on your Primary Mailserver, but the Spam is delivered to the Second-"Backup"-Mailserver and got routed to yours from there.

Till now we havent much Problems with bad calculated Messages, however we are sorry to hear that you experienced Problems. Please login in our Members Area and whitelist them. With each Whitelist our Team gets a Notification for the Review - so we can make sure that the SpamPain Process will be updated.
Directly after you whitelist them, they are able to Send Messages to you, because everything in SpamPain is running Real-Time. There is no Delay at all. As a Hint, we would like to show you our Whitelist System: While we have designed SpamPain we have created a special Request-Whitelist-System: If some real User tries to send your Mailsystem a valid Message and got blocked, he receive a Message that he can send you a short Noticiation to get whitelisted. Our Mailserver send then a Message to your Account including a link for the automated Whitelisting. This function can be enabled in the Members Area too. We recommend to use this function if you ever have missed a Message which was really blocked by SpamPain.
